The Adeyinka Adesope Foundation believes that a degree should be a gateway to a prosperous future, not a dead end. Through our Graduate Training and Enhancement Programme (GTEP), we are committed to building that crucial bridge, equipping young graduates with the practical skills, mentorship, and network they need to confidently embark on their professional journey.

We build this bridge through a strategic and hands-on approach that includes: Intensive Training Workshops: Providing graduates with in-demand skills their degrees often don’t cover, from digital literacy and project management to effective communication. Mentorship and Networking: Connecting participants with experienced professionals and established entrepreneurs to provide invaluable guidance and illuminate their career path. An Entrepreneurial Focus: Cultivating job creators, not just job seekers, by giving them the practical tools and mindset to innovate, start their own ventures, and become leaders in their fields.
